But in all things, I think the Donor need NOT to have a physical contact with their clients and everything should be carried out in a Laboratory where the Female eggs are also extracted for the Fusion to be done in Test tubes.

Once Fertilisation has taken place, then the zygote should be implanted into the female Womb.

Even in countries where it's regulated, there still is abuse, often by the very doctors perform the procedure; some of these crooked doctors use their semen on the these unsuspecting women, leading to many women getting pregnant with children of one doctor without ever knowing. Only in a few cases do these criminal acts get discovered. Trying to duplicate Mother Nature can sometimes be hazardous to humans. I wonder if it was Artificial Insemination that got caused a pregnancy and resulting in the delivery of a baby called Artificial Intelligence.
