The FDA in my eye is a very corrupt agency when it comes to registration of products, your application will lie there forever if you don't pass through someone. Personal experience, I put in my application in December, 2023 paid all the necessary fees(express) but have still not gotten my certificate. A friend warned me, if you want to pass through the normal process yourself, you would regret it and I think my friend was right.
