  The GFA must trained our local players to constitute a new black star team and leave out our foreign players.
  These foreign players have signed multi million dollar contracts with their foreign based teams and have nothing to lose if Ghana loses in our international competitions.
  Train these locals players and sign them on with reasonable financial contracts who will be proud to represent Ghana because of the benefits they receive.
  The black star players with foreign teams cannot afford to get hurt while playing in our international games to lose their earnings abroad and so they will not sacrifice enough playing with the black stars .
  Ghana needs a composition of a new black stars with only our local players.

  You are right. GFA has to start from the grassroots. There are local players out there who are really good and are willing to market their skills.
