It was an unforgettable evening of fun, laughter, music, dance, modeling and free flow of prizes at the much publicized WearGhana and Horseman Shoes Free Your Style event.

The event which was held at the African Regent hotel saw the coming together of corporate Ghana to have fun and ‘let down their hair’ after an intensive month’s work. The event saw companies battle it out in Karaoke, dance, modeling and rap for amazing prizes from sponsors.

CEO of Horseman Shoes Tonyi Senaya kick started the Karaoke with a song from Highlife legend Gee Man and it was followed by formation dances from staff of Wear Ghana. Lexis Bill took over the stage with Nana Ama Yeboah and Kojo Akoto Boateng who did ‘Me san aba’ from the now defunct Akyeame and ‘Gyae hye’ from Samini. The floor was given to the audience after that for their freestyle singing, dancing and karaoke.

According to the organizers, the Free Your Style which is in its second season was intended to promote entrepreneurs in the fashion and arts space and also serve as the launch of the all new WEAR Ghana – clothes (Gigi Jerseys, Jalabias, Hoods) as well as new range of shoes from Horseman Shoes, new range of bags from Msimps and products from RPC

Each quarter Free Your Style will have two guest designers in addition to the hosts of the event- WEAR Ghana and Horseman shoes. This quarter they had two of Ghana’s most promising designers- mSimps and RPC

This quarter’s event saw patrons win amazing prizes such as mobile phones, 4G modems from MTN, decoders from GoTV and recharge cards.

Free Your Style Friday was sponsored by WEAR Ghana and Horseman Shoes and powered by Joy FM with support from Omnibank, GOtv, Club Beer, Black Bamboo Photography, GTP, MTN and Kasapreko.

The MC for the night was Lexis Bill, host of Drive Time on Joy FM
