Patrons at this year’s WearGhana Free Your Style Friday have shown appreciation to organizers of the event and advised them to continue the good work saying, that the distressing nature of the event is good for corporate Ghana and hope it would be bigger and better next quarter.

The event which was held at the African Regent Hotel saw the coming together of corporate Ghana to have fun and ‘let down their hair’ after an intensive month’s work. The event saw companies battle it out in Karoake, dance, modeling and rap for amazing prizes from sponsors.

According to the organizers, the Free Your Style which is in its second season was intended to promote entrepreneurs in the fashion and arts space and also serve as the launch of the all new WEAR Ghana – clothes (Gigi Jerseys, Jalabias, Hoods) as well as new range of shoes from Horseman Shoes, new range of bags from Msimps and products from RPC

Each quarter Free Your Style will have two guest designers in addition to the hosts of the event- WEAR Ghana and Horseman shoes. This quarter they had two of Ghana’s most promising designers- mSimps and RPC

Speaking to GhanaWeb after the event, most of the patrons said they were really excited to be part of this quarter’s and were eagerly looking forward to more amazing surprises next quarter adding, that they were privileged to be contributing their quota to the growth of Fashion in Ghana. To them this was a good avenue for people to meet and network amidst fun.

They encouraged the organizers to go back to the drawing and review this program and strive at making it bigger and better during the next event.

They urged corporate Ghana to keep supporting such innovative events which promotes Ghanaian fashion and art and also more importantly helps relieve stress and encourage networking.
