Hasaacas to play Bendu FC

Giants of the West Sekondi Hasaacas will re-live their accolade this Sunday at the Sekondi Gyandu park when they come face to face with Liberian side Bendu FC in an international friendly.

Bendu, runners-up in the 2002 Liberian league gave Champion club Accra Herats of Oaks an interesting soccer lesson some two weeks ago, when they decisively ditched the Ghanaian champions by 2 goals to 1.

Coming after the 3-1 shocker the Liberian Lone Stars gave the Black Stars at the Accra stadium during the last world cup qualifiers, the Hasmal lads feel obligated to put the Liberian dominance to rest.

Club director Alhaji Maama Fuseini says Hasaacas will parade a full strength team and introduce the few new signings they have made for the coming season. He had one message thiough for Bendu and the football fraternity in Ghana, this year Hasmal go do.
