Controversial musician, Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A Plus has baptised Komla Klutse, a journalist with TV3 with fire after the latter questioned why soldiers were serving as guards at the former’s traditional wedding.

The celebrity wedding between A Plus and stylist, Akosua Vee, held on Saturday was graced by showbiz personalities including Bola Ray, Nana Ama Mcbrown and Justice Oteng (Wei Ye Oteng).

A Facebook live video from the wedding grounds captured some soldiers and police personnel who seemed to be maintaining order while others were close to the groom.

Few hours after Komla Klutse raised a concern, A Plus has responded via another Facebook live video questioning if his friends in the military are barred from attending his wedding or whether their presence is against the laws of the country.

“Komla Klutse, you are a fool for making such comments. You are questioning the presence of soldiers at my wedding? When soldiers were guarding Ibrahim Mahama, was he the president of the country? Fool! Shallow-minded guy. So if I have a brother who is a soldier, a friend who is a soldier, he cannot attend my wedding? Have you ever seen a solider on duty dance before? You are not correct,” A Plus fumed.

The satirist further lashed out on a section of the public whose comments seem to suggest that he ought to behave and measure some of his utterances because he is a married man.

“I have heard people say I’m married so I should tone down. Marriage doesn’t change me. If you are messing up, I will tell you right in the face. The reason the lady married me is because she knows I say it as it is. Marriage won’t change anything,” he noted.
