"NUGS gives government ultimatum", is the headline of a centre spread story in the Public Agenda which says the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) has threatened to take unspecified actions by November 25, if the government continues to postpone negotiations over students' accommodation, loans and the use of electrical gadgets on campuses.
