Ghanaian-American Church pioneers Advanced School and Spiritual Sanctuary in Ghana

The Grace Center will serve as a hub for spiritual growth and empowerment The Grace Center will serve as a hub for spiritual growth and empowerment

A momentous occasion unfolded in Accra on April 24th as the Jesus Power School of Ministry and Retreat Center, fondly known as Grace Center, was inaugurated, marking a significant addition to the spiritual landscape of the region.

The Grace Center, a magnificent structure envisioned to serve as a hub for spiritual growth and empowerment, encompasses a School of Ministry, Prayer Retreats Center, Conference and Seminar halls, as well as facilities for camping and waiting upon God.

At the heart of the center lies a magnificent auditorium, adorned with beautiful seating arrangements, providing a conducive environment for worship and fellowship.

Comfortable guest rooms, a spacious conference hall, lecture halls, and a vast library boasting over 10,000 ministerial books cater to the diverse needs of visitors and students alike. A sanctuary and prayer garden offer tranquil spaces for reflection and communion with the divine, while a cafeteria ensures the physical nourishment of guests during their stay.

The visionary behind this transformative project is Apostle Bismark Osei Akomeah, founder of the Jesus Power Assembly of God Church and Jesus Power Coldwater Foundation. Special guests at the inauguration included esteemed figures such as Dr. Rev. Stephen Yenusom Wengam, General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Ghana; Bishop Emeritus James Saah of Action Chapel in Ghana; Prophet Nanasei Opoku Sarkodie of Potters City; Dr. Michael Boadi Nyamekye, PhD, of Makers House Chapel International; Rev. Dr. Kwadwo Boateng, Senior Pastor of Holy Hill Chapel Assemblies of God; Rev. Tito Adjei, Assistant General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Ghana; and Dr. Jones Boateng of Deliverance Outreach Ministry, among others.

Speaking at the inauguration, Apostle Bismark Osei Akomeah shared his spiritual journey and the divine inspiration behind the Grace Center. He recounted a profound experience during a visit to the cave of Engedi in Israel, where the biblical narrative of David sparing Saul's life resonated deeply within him, igniting a fervent desire to create a place where God could train and empower those called to ministry, especially the less privileged.

The Grace Center stands as a beacon of hope and empowerment, poised to train and equip individuals called into God's ministry, particularly those lacking the financial means to pursue their calling. With a mission to plant churches in rural communities across Ghana and Africa, the center embodies the spirit of compassion, service, and spiritual growth.

The inauguration of the Grace Center represents not only a milestone in Apostle Bismark Osei Akomeah's visionary journey but also a testament to the enduring legacy of faith, empowerment, and community building in the region. As the center opens its doors to seekers of spiritual enlightenment and empowerment, it heralds a new chapter in the journey of faith and service in Ghana and beyond.

The event also saw to the first batch of students of the School of Ministry introduced to the general public.
