Musician cum comedian, David Oscar has expressed concerns over the low pace of development as Ghana turns 61 years yesterday.

According to the musician, after 61 years of independent as a country and the nation still cannot boast of a single good “Arts Center” for the entertainment industry.

The obviously worried comedian shared the post on his Facebook account.

The music personalities post read, “61 years on, and most of our "Arts Centers" are now grounds for one man church activities. Low, little or no promotions of the arts whatsoever

“61 years on and my country still has no streamlined system to tell me how many times my music has been played and on which media platforms around the country so I can earn my full royalties.”
