The court cannot ask the Delta 13 to name /identify/describe their Captors because those persons are not part of DELTA and were hired from other Regions into Kumasi so they do not know who they are.

What the Delta fools did was bad and must be held accountable but so must due process of the law also respected.
The law is an arse they say, but it is so for our own sake. So our natural rights are?not curtailed. Unfortunately, the criminal has?more rights than the state because he is deemed innocent until proven beyond reasonable doubt to have committed a crime.
Emotions and innuendos doesn't win cases in court. Its just evidence. Pure and simple

This case is political first and foremost. I understand why NPP will rather have the matter shelved at this stage, rather than go to trial and face a guilty verdict, and prison term. The political repercussion for NPP will be damaging. No one can predict how the NPP affiliated vigilantes will do. They have demonstrated loud and clear what they are capable of doing, and I am sure even the president is scared of them.
