My analysis qualifies the case in point which has back fired against the trial judge mrs Justice Nsenkyire.In this case,she should have used her own dsicretion or experience coupled with the rule of law to adjudicate her final judgement in such cases like this.I hope that, a better decision on this matter would be found to reach a suitable solution to bring peace to the realms of the NPP and the general public.
