Certain activities interfere with the work of the President. The transition is still not complete. As a consequence there is power vacuum in some areas. The activities of some criminals are going unchecked. Some positions have been abandoned. These should have been filled by Akufo-Addo a long time ago. There are cadres and former appointees occupying bungalows and flats waiting for Akufo-Addo to assign them to new officials.
