Special votes must be counted immediately after the voting on December1st to avoid any potential kuluulu by the EC. At the moment the EC is not fully trusted by the majority of Ghanaians to keep them uncounted.

This is bcos Charlotte Osei once said that she would not fail Mahama who currently is gross incompetent for the job.

Those three citizens do not have a case, because the constitution states that elections can't be held if not on the 7th December. So no counting can be done, either wise the special voting will be considered illegal.
