    It is not too early. Some of us need education. Can't you see what you see and read from this website? Some even I think would not be able to read what is written on the ballot boxes.

    Special votes must be counted immediately after the voting on December1st to avoid any potential kuluulu by the EC. At the moment the EC is not fully trusted by the majority of Ghanaians to keep them uncounted.

    Those three citizens do not have a case, because the constitution states that elections can't be held if not on the 7th December. So no counting can be done, either wise the special voting will be considered illegal.
