    this is an innovative and a laudable idea but there are setbacks too. The EC can decide not to perforate other candidates position and this can ignite fire against the elections

    God Bless you all Dr. Amoako Tuffour and others for sending Ec to court on special voting, pin sheets issue and you should look at overseas voting and look into power of attoney voting.
