Don't government institutions award deserving retiring staff every time. We see it on TV. So why can't the bank defend it's actions? Is it because it is a gold watch or the amount involved? The banks PR is bogus . The retired governor made a lot of sense when he defended this issue than what the PR is doing. They should just shut up. If the order hasn't been made is it going to be withdrawn? Is it the case that the bank is accepting that it has done the wrong thing all these years?
