    What crime did he commit? He didn't steal a fowl or any farm produce so what is the meaning of every criminal is a criminal you become a criminal when you steal a cat or state funds.

    there shouldn,t be any delays of payment,pay this guy now for him to forget his previous problems of 14 years in cells.ndc has been a paymaster of all useless cases,numerous judgement debts.
