In the case of Ghana & Nigeria, contempt has morphed into condescension. Because the immigration is now the other way around, Nigerians emphasize their population and geographic size. Unfortunately, Ghana historically has been ahead of Nigeria in many areas. From gaining independence first in the 1950s to being a better run country today.
