You cannot win back public trust when your most visible leaders embody arrogance, hollow rhetoric, and the stench of corruption. Trying to rebuild with the same compromised voices is political suicide.
The Solution:
Purge the Frontline: Retire the loud, defensive communicators. Discredited voices cannot build a fresh narrative.
Elevate Integrity: Put substance over sycophancy. Bring forward unblemished, humble, and competent figures who respect the voter.
Lead with Radical Truth: Own the failures and corruption directly. No excuses, no blame-shifting.
Return to the Grassroots: Strip power from out-of-touch elites and hand decision-making back to the local constituencies.
The modern Ghanaian voter has evolved past cheap political theater. Until the NPP cleanses its frontlines and grounds itself in truth, no amount of PR will save it.
