In any case NDC as a responsible party has not been complicit and complacent with what he said instead they have come out boldly to denounce, condemn and disagree with his unacceptable comments hence have suspended him indefinitely.
Allegations regarding sexual rape in the western world is not treated with kids gloves. The reason is that it leaves victims traumatised and scared for the rest of their lives especially teenagers who are in their adolescence which is a transitional zone of growth. At this age they are inexperienced and exhibiting childhood/adulthood characteristics at the same time which is always marked with conflict/confusion in terms of their psychological development. Therefore at this point to forcefully have sex with them is extremely problematic and psychologically damaging and traumatic.
People found culpable in this kind of heinous crimes are labelled sexual predators and rapists and can be imprisoned for many years while undergoing rapist and sexual predators correctional treatment.
All tools should therefore be employed to get to the bottom of this problem with fairness.
Its an allegation so the alleged rapist/perpetrator should not be charged as guilty until proven innocent or guilty.
The supposed victims should be given the appropriate psychological support while investigations are ongoing.
