A WORD TO THE WISE: NDC MUST NOT REPEAT THE NPP’S MISTAKES!
The NPP handed over power to the NDC in 2024, partly because of growing dissatisfaction among supporters and voters. If the NDC repeats the same mistakes, it could face a similar fate in 2028.
Many grassroots supporters feel neglected and are struggling economically under the current administration. Critics argue that the NPP did more to reward its party members with appointments than the NDC has done so far.
President John Mahama reduced the number of ministerial positions, leaving some supporters wondering why vacant ministerial and CEO positions remain unfilled while party loyalists continue to wait for opportunities.
The grassroots played a crucial role in bringing the NDC to power. Their concerns, sacrifices and expectations must not be ignored.
If the NDC hopes to win the 2028 elections, it must pay attention to its grassroots supporters, address their concerns and ensure that qualified party members are not forgotten.
A word to the wise: Assin North and the entire NDC grassroots are watching.

Only in Ghana and other third world countries that a party is voted into power and is expected to just take care of its supporters and not the nation a whole. Just waste scare resources on party supporters at the expense of advancing the interests of the nation which benefits all. It’s these same people who complain about corruption when the other party is in power doing the same things they are proposing. A government should work for all Ghanaians. No just some!

Man stop the nonsense and go look for job to do, what do you really want the government to do for you ? Just tell your government to create more jobs for all Ghanaians, if there's enough jobs i know your government won't leave you alone. And keep in mind no supporters of the party can win election for any political party in Ghana, any government can lose election if that government don't perform good as Ghanaians want. I know Ashantis vote for only one political party but not all Ghanaians, we the the real Ghanaians from the Coast don't care which party you're, we only care about our Gold Coast Ghana.

@Wendy you are just expressing your political frustration because your party NPP is not in power. The NPP grassroots also made the same complaints as Agbey is doing on behalf of his NDC guys. The truth is that once a party is in government you become the provider for all, no matter which party the people supported; yours is to govern well with the right policies and initiatives for a sound economy for all to prosper. Agbey, every political party has gone through this cycle of grassroot supporters being sidelined however the question we should be asking is whether these grassroot supporters are ready to take advantage of the many opportunities coming up as a result of the good work that the NDC government is doing, sitting down and waiting for a call from the NDC H/Q for a job will not help. I am not a card bearing member of the NDC but I've always voted NDC ( because I believe NPP can not be the alternative)without expecting anything from the party, I live like everyone else doing my own job,all I want is the government to do well for all Ghanaians NPP, CPP or NDC to have a decent livelihood. Grassroots ask yourselves what can we do for ourselves and present a good business plan that can dovetail into the government's developmental plan to your advantage. Even some members of the opposition NPP are taking advantage of the favourable economic atmosphere. Do not be left out .
