Of all the concepts of governance and public administration principles in the world, the NPP chose "property seeking" democracy with emphasis on "property seeking" The NPP telegraphed their intent, concept and brand of democratic values and sold it to classroom educated but ignorant buyers for the benefit of the elite class who knew the game.

This u# so true, because any well trained lawyer in Ghana knows that the actual punishment for the offence of which Wontumi was charged was only 3 years maximum, until NPP/Akuffo Addo changed and extended from 3 years to a whooping conviction period of 25 years minimum.
The presiding judge only gave Wontumi the minimum sentence according to the law.
Infact, the Judge could have given him the Maximum sentence of 25 years.
NPP sup should thank the Judge for being extremely generous to Wontumi.
