Leaders of USA by the saw that the whole thing was not sustainable and so they appointed a millitary general to organize short courses in Agriculture for the citizens. Within three months of thd programme, people converted their flower lawns to onion gardens in the USA. By WW2, Ameriica was using food to fight the war. The question is; why didn't the American government enroll its citizens on the existing university programmes by then.

I said the NVTIs should have been the first face of the free SHS policy but that was only added in 2023 .
