A careful look at the Architecture of the law assign there are three arms of Goverment and the Judiciary is not an extention of Jubilee House.

Again tge framers of the Constitution knew what un curtail power can do so in Article 3(1) it provides that Parliament shall have no power to make a law making the country a one party state!!because the framers knew the difficukt says and what citizenry went through hence a whole chapter 5 on fundamental human rights of the citizens.
Articles 125(3) Provides the Judiciary power of Ghana shall be vested in the Judiciary and not The (president)
