This is the only way we could make the black Africans be governed by a totally different governing structure ... if you abolish the council of states ;and replaces with the British style second chambers of government ,how is that going to transform Africans into the way forward?? We still going to be stuck by the whiteman style of governance again with English grammar , instead of the Union Government with inclusion of all bodies of the citinery with a common local language to be used to govern ourselves...

the chief , the security services, the farmers, the trade unions , the institutions and all with their representatives, using a common language for understanding and guidance to rule ourself .

Not any time soon. You'll need to have a better strategy if you plan on accomplishing that goal. As things stand right now, the United Party isn't a factor in national elections, given that it can't can't even garner 2% of the electoral votes in the national election. Ghana will definitely benefit from a strong third party, but that will take a party with visionary leaders who can chart a road map to achieve the goal that you speak of. Furthermore, taking folks back to that UP of old isn't helping your cause.
