People should take time to think about issues before they make political, tribal, emotional decisions which are mostly laced with typical NPP jandam.

Ghana as a member of ECOWAS submitted itself to a treaty with other West African nations; member states are not economically, sociologically, educationally, culturally, morally, religiously, ethically equal but "compatible" neither are we linguistically similar/same. We are, therefore, obligated to allow "free" flow of people and commerce between member states. Would any of the Monday morning quarterbacks criticizing HE Mahama's decision be able to distinguish between a repatriated/deported West African from those holding passports from same or similar nationality?

Ghana currently has migrants from each of the ECOWAS nations and some more who reside with us. Those migrants are either all law abiding or a mixture of the good, bad and ugly living amongst us. What about the deportees that are alien to Ghana? By the way Ghanaians who, presumably, moved to Ivory Coast in search of protection are no different from all the Ghanaians who have migrated to other nations.

Seeking a better life, be it through education, jobs and etc is the same difference; spinning a reason will not change facts.

It's wrong for a Ghanaians President to enter into a deal with Trump who is clearly acting against his own country's laws by getting gullible African political leaders to allow him to dump his deportees in their countries. European citizens also troop to America, some legally and others illegally, soo why does Trump not ask European countries to allow him to dump his deportees in European countries? Why should Ghana be a dumping ground for Yemeni deportees from America, and now the current deportees? If you think Africans are useless, then there definitely has to be something wrong with you. Even courts in the USA are ruling that Trump's act of dumping USA deportees in African countries goes against USA law. I bet you will tell those USA Judges who have ruled against Trump that they too are useless.
