A country with large number of unemployed you and you want the retirement age to be increased . Everyone must retire at age 60.

The people of whom this concern MUST be allowed to perus and give their approval.

Abolish ex-gratia, Council of Elders, and Board Chairman positions. They are unnecessary but draining scarce resources of the nation.
