You Azaah and your ilks will reap what you sowed so don’t make it look like you are innocent. Removing a Chief Justice is not even tolerated in a Banana Republic how much more a Democratic Ghana.

  For Mahama to go for another term NEEDS no constitutional amendment.
  For the removal of The Speaker and Chief Justice, nowhere does the Constitution of the Republic of Ghana mandate a prima facie case to be established. In the case of the Chief Justice, it is for the Committee to make any determinations.
  The Supreme Court inserted the determinations of a prima facie case and gave a powerful President more power to determine, in consultation with the Council of State, a prima facie case.
  No one and no one raised a finger
  This was used to guillotine your petition against the Chief Justice
  It should have come to the highly valued understanding of Kweku Azar that with the UNCONSTITUTIONAL act of the Supreme Court, a Chief Justice cannot be removed save a prima facie case is determined by the President in consultation with the Council of State.
  To the GRAVE DETRIMENT OF JUSTICE, to keep his or her neck safe, a Chief Justice MUST CARVE to remain in the good books of a Constitutionally very powerful President.
  ALL THAT THE SUPREME COURT has to do is to insert in

The President did the right thing by addressing this matter early on and letting the sycophants swallow their raw feed.
