The elders allowed Nana Addo too much leeway to do whatever he wanted and he ended up destroying the party. He brought in a lot of young people who, like himself have no home training and therefore could not think through issues with their myopic tendencies. Kuffour built a formidable party in which every party member felt welcomed but Nana Addo came and started discriminating against Kufuor’s appointees as if he could do it alone and the results is what we are seeing today.So long as Nana Addo’s boys are at the helm of affairs in this party the future will continue to be bleak
