When NDC was going for that loan, some voices then in parliament warned them to go the world bank but they declined and went to China so, Mills was aware of the devastations and destruction galamsey would cause Ghana but paid deaf ears to it.

It is only in Ghana that when we are faced with a problem, and instead of tackling it head on, we rather play our usual politics with it without thinking about its effect in the near future.
