Akuffo Addo was present with the bill but deliberately refused to sign it to be passed as law but rather have the bill kept Bediatuo. He did not sign the bill into law because he is a coward and afraid Ghana will lose aid from donors. He lacks moral and will choose aid over defending our moral and cultural values. The minority has no right to ask Mahama to sign the bill .
