It is only fair that these violated portions are reported loud and clear so that lay people like us can also refer to them and be educated. It is not enough just to say that her removal process has violated portions of the constitution.

This embattled Chief Justice has decided to fight the Government of Ghana and using ruse, lies and emotions cooked and brewed by the NPP to discredit NDC. But in the process, she continued to leave tracks of her weaknesses. By her strange conduct, defiling or seeking to defile the letter and spirit of the 1992 Constitution whilst battling to justify her misconduct, will she be able to work with Prez Mahama when not found guilty? From her press conference, she attacked the President of the Republic of Ghana, criticised what she herself presided over for years, the constitution that says all are equal before the law. She must decist from this disgraceful stance forced down her throat by this disintegrating NPP group who only came to rape the nation. Listen, you have your right to defend yourself but honesty is the game and as the law is the law, the truth is the truth. Are you guilty of those complaints in the petition or not? Search your soul. 'Small shame is better than a bigger shame', they say.
