Her Lordship Justice Henrietta Mensa Bonsu rulings are most based on her feelings but not reference to any law. These were same 4 Justices CJ Torkonor was using. NDC are really lucky to unearth those supposed dirt on CJ Torkonor. Hopefully, this is not the end of it n full bench review is sort out after confirmation of new Justices. The decision was made on Wednesday morning [June 11] in a 4-1 majority ruling, with Justice Gabriel Scott Pwamang, the President of the bench, dissenting.
Justices Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu, Ernest Gaewu, Henry Kwofi, and Adjei Frimpong formed the majority.
