Judges on sensitive political cases were suddenly transferred if they were not doing the bidding of the NPP. Political parties took the EC to court over the EC's decision to conduct limited registration in their offices (and not the electoral areas. The hearing of that case was set to happen after the date the EC was to conduct the limited registration. And so many other instances People cannot be allowed to subvert and privatize judiciary authority. Is Gertrude Torkono above the constitution?
