Well, did Jakpa have a councel when the dishonest Godfred Dame engaged him on the phone conversation? Why didn't Dame do what he did through Jakpa's lawyers as required by law?
Again, if you think you could not be available for proceeding as you want us to believe, why didn't you apply to the court with the explanation you give today as AG? Did the court know as AG you have an international arbitration case to attend and an ajournment could be granted accordingly?
