Instead Ghanaians have to resort to sankofa after experiencing both. So yes his write-up is very useless. Theoretically, he may get it right just as Bawumia was doing with if the what what is weak, what what will expose you. Mahama and his NDC government are here to practically solve your mess and move the country forward and these include no time wasting. BOG governor is critically needed at this moment and so he must begin to act and not wasting time on book long procedures which can be changed at anytime because they way written by man.
