NPPs Free SHS and NHIS, these two interventions, go a long way to cushion people and families who would otherwise suffer untold hardships , one time or the other in their lives. A virgin rail track has been constructed to run from the Greater Accra region to the Volta region, within the eight years of this administration. The economic benefits and other social impacts this new scheme would provide to the people, would be felt in many homes. People of the Volta region must be extremely grateful to the NPP government, Because, they are enjoying the best of both worlds. The benefits accruing from these pro poor interventions are also enjoyed by their cousins across the border.
