Supreme Court also have the mandate to re-write the law if there's any contradictions in the laws against European and human rights law even though the judiciary cannot make new laws. Places like America for example, the supreme Court has the power to overturn a decision made in Parliament.

Supreme Court also have the mandate to re-write the law if there's any contradictions in the laws against European and human rights law even though the judiciary cannot make new laws.
