2. Academics: What grades did each person get at the O and A level examinations? Why did each person do the particular course at the university. How about performance at the university? Any special favors whilst in school? Contrast it with each person records.?
3. Post Academic: Here you look at work record, any special favors because of where one comes from
4. Marital issues: Here you compare the marital status of each person. Again the marital journey. Has any of them be divorced before? Have they remarried? Where are the former partners?
