In Australia no one can use state funds for political campaign or activities. Not even the prime minister. These are considered private and you pay for it yourself.

Go to parliament yourself and introduce that law....
So what happens with a president who is seeking re-election after his or her first four-year tenure? Ayariga should spin his brains around that. He never makes any sense.
