Another juicy promise; however I suggest that whoever is in Government should prioritise infrastructural development and economic/employment opportunities, since that is what can create wealth and improve the living conditions of the people of the Region. Quality university education cannot be provided sustainably, free of charge (or heavily subsidised), so the intended beneficiary people must be able to afford it. There must also be job avenues for the young people who graduate from the proposed university.
