I'm shocked to my bone marrow. Had the NDC presented viable policy alternatives to Ghanaians, I would say they've learnt and improved. But, as it stands they have learned nothing. Their past record is terrible and their future lacks vision and direction. Clearly, they wanna come back and continue the same old same things. Ghanaians should bring this upon themselves.
