You need to be a judge to interpret the law. You don't need to be a judge to express your opinion on someone's point of view.

You have all missed the point and have showcase the hypocritical nature of most Ghanaian. What about those Ghanaians who suffered in the same circumstances and dead? Are we trying to say that, this is the first time someone in Ghana has been lynched? I condemn the act and its barbaric. We should treat everyone equal. What have the security services done about the citizens who were lynched last year and throughout the Ghana. This is hypocrisy in its high level.

The public didn't call for it at that time. There's always a first-time. That it didn't happen previously doesn't mean it must never happen. We live in a dynamic world.

I agree wholly with you Kweku. Ghana has become one big mass of hypocrisy. The death of the soldier is very pathetic in many ways, yes. But we are all pretending that this is the first time a Ghanaian has been lynched. Soldiers are not more Ghanaian than the rest of the populace. Lynching has been going on all the time. Sometimes our security services are also guilty of brutally murdering Ghanaians. No one raises a finger. This case is not unique, people. We all need to calm down. Maybe, we are all getting a bit of how relatives of Mrs. Koranteng Addo, Sarkodie,Agyapong and Major Acquah, etc felt when their very important relatives were abducted by government operatives and murdered in cold blood for nothing.

That was not only what he said. He also called for the President to commission a subcommittee of the inter ministerial taskforce currently focuses on the galamsey menace to look specifically into the galamsey actions in this particular area, and there was a lot of issues surrounding the galamsey activities involving this particular area with petitions and communications going back and forth from October, 2016 to present. And the security agencies were aware of these matters and he was constrained to speak on those issues and mention names and companies because, the host of the program requested it shouldn't be about that today.
So what is going on? Why are the masses being fed bs?

I listened to u Mr Baako and u were not convincing either. In almost all the other cases of lynching u sighted, the victim might have committed a crime and caught red handed then the uncivilized idiots carry out the injustice . In Capt Mahama's case, he did nothing wrong. He was on official national duty to protect our environment and investment . We shd not compare apples with oranges. Considering the corrupt society we live in, the live telecast will assure Ghanaians that nobody will be shielded from this heinous crime. The public also get to know how punishment is going to be meted out to serve as a deterrent.

I have already suggested that fast track court should be organized to try the people who carried out cruel murders of captain Maxwell Mahamah and two other important personalities ie,the late JB Danquah, member of Parliament for Akim Abuakwa North of the NPP and another late Mahamah Adam the NPP Upper east Chairman who were brutally killed by two men with knife and pouring of acid on the face of the other by a certain Afoko respectively, whose cases have not been resolved by the various high courts in Accra. As the Ghanaian adage goes one master key opens several other doors so as the killing of Captain Maxwells death has come to suggest that,in other to accord faith in our Ghanaian courts, an equally high level action should be agreed upon to use same for the immediate application of the last brutal killings of the other important personalities in our Ghanaian society.

Oh Ghanaians can't we be proactive dealing with situations .Why should we spend so much time and resources simply because one military captain has been killed gruesomely by a mob. Let us use the resources to pay for more important bills for the living such as hospital bills and school fees of the needy ones in the society. We all feel sad about the wickedness and cruelty through which he was killed but it doesn't also mean right thing can't be done at the right time.It will be waste of resources .What came out from the findings or reports of the previous ones ? Did it have any impact on the conscience of the people? Never .That is why this reoccurred. LET US FIND LASTING SOLUTION INSTEAD OF THE THE TELECAST. WILL THAT PREVENT ANY OTHER MOB ACTION? IT WONT.WHAT CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM IS WHEN OUR JUDGES,POLICEMEN AND LAWYERS STOP PREVERTING JUSTICE AND POLITICIANS STOP MEDDLING OR STOPPING STOPPING STOPPING TO INTERFERE IN THE ACTIVITIES OF PROSECUTORS TO THEIR ADVANTAGES SINCE THOSE CULPRITS BELONG TO THEIR POLITICAL PARTIES. UNTIL THIS IS DONE WORSE SITUATIONS WILL BE WITNESSED. I AM NOT BEING PESSIMISTIC BUT THAT IS EXACTLY THE FACTS ON THE GROUND. those who have ears ........
