    We were'nt. These things used to happen in other West African states but not Ghana. All of a sudden we live in a jungle of survival of the fittest.

    That's the basic fundamental. Doing the right thing when nobody is watching is what is lacking in the developing world. Selective, delayed and very CORRUPT security and justice system is the cause of all of these.
