To the idiots blaming Sylvester Mensah and the NDC, if the NHIS owes 12 months arrears, what it means is that the NDC after 8 years left a debt of seven months while the NPP added another 5 months in 5 months. Let the NPP pay the 5 months debt that happened under their watch, and we will applaud them. When a group of liars use deceit and propaganda to come to power, they will be forced to use deceit and propaganda to government, but it surely will catch up with them. This is the tragedy that is unfolding right under our noses. Worse is yet to come and Ghanaians will come to know who the real incompetent idiots are. God save our motherland from these goons.

Can't u this NDC narrow minded people reason for once? ask your selves when did this debt accrued? let us think about Ghanaians and stop this your useless propaganda shame on to u people. Let us get the facts clear. The debt owed is from May 2016. Its a year, but not years. Due to NDC handling of NHIA was one of the many reasons they lost. NHIA subscribers and providers were happy with the NPP campaign message on the NHIA. NPP won the elections because of the NHIA and other positive ideas heard during the campaign.
After winning, the budget made provision for the debts to be paid as at the time of reading the budget it was 9months arrears now its 12months arrears. Vice-President Bawumia told Ghanaians during the 103 achievements in 100days that 300million had been released by Nana Addo government to pay some of the debt. The minister of health at the health summit in Kumasi said arrears were to be settled but that of MAY 2016 was to be paid in the 3rd week or early part of the last week of April. Till date its not bee done yet and we hear they are making releases to hospitals almost every week.
The point here is, dont talk if you are not really ready. Now 130million, 60million released. Where is the 300million Dr Bawumia said had been released? It appears the TALKING IS TOO MUCH...
Let us be REAL and FACTUAL. Today is 30th May 2017. Arrear is from May 2016. One year.
