Illiteracy also has a lot to do with their ignorance just, the manner the NPP succeeded in exploiting the gullibility of the mass uneducated millions of the youth with unrealiable promises, like these trotro mate and their counterparts street hawkers. If this uncivilised behaviour of rejecting a legal tender in Accra then, Ghanaians can now understand how the NPP lied their way onto governance on the backdrop of exploitation of gullible millions of illiterite in rural Ghana.
