  Complex library with community centre should be a responsibility of AngloGold for most of the communities in Ashanti region. What have they done so far for the people of these region other occasional rlittle guestures. What the Ashanti region needs is multipurpose libray centre which could be used as a community centres in towns.

  If you don't know what AngloGold has done for the communities, you wouldn't be speaking just anyhow!!!
  Besides, they honor their social responsibilities and pay the royalties too. If you want Library across Ashanti region by AngloGold then tell your your chiefs and the Obuasi Municipal Assembly to stop taking the royalties soo that the Mines use it to build better Libraries across the region.
