Ghanian coca farmers are getter poorer with their children not even being educated. Yet those importers who buy our cocoa are successful businessmen and and women. So why can't our farmers also get a share of this profit margin when they produce the raw material for chocolate. It is only by adding more value to cocoa produce that will get our own farmers to rip the financial benefit they never see and only get a fraction of the profits to be made on their cocoa. This is the long waited project that these poor farmers had hoped for decades. This would also mean local people could get jobs at any local processing firm and stop the robbery on our streets as an every occurrence.

Very good idea and long overdue. We must add value to our cocoa by processing it before we sell it. There is more money in processing than just producing and selling the raw cocoa.
