Pharmaceutical company Starwin "Products Limited is determined to raise GH¢ 10 million through an Initial Public Offering (IPO)....." I am surprised the B&FT is writing this. Starwin is a listed company so this CANNOT be an IPO (initial public offering)!! This is a shame if Starwin management is being quoted. But the journalist should have spotted the miscommunication. I believe management was talking about raising more capital by issuing more shares.
