Obuasi police arrest two suspected marijuana dealers
The suspects are in the grips of the Police as further investigations continues
Police in Obuasi in the Ashanti region have arrested two suspected marijuana dealers at Kunka.
The police led by the acting Police Commander, ASP Ekow Gaisie got information about the suspects who were said to be dealing in marijuana business in the area.
Police said, they quickly sent men to the area and 22 years Emmanuel Osei was arrested.
Sixty wrappers suspected to be marijuana were found on him during a search.
According to police, further investigation led to the arrest of 43-year-old Madam Ernestine Asuo at Mangoase in the Obuasi municipality.
A search on her revealed 121 parcels of substance suspected to be marijuana.
The suspects are in custody pending further investigation.
